What is the name of your state? South Carolina

We have a "Water & Sewer Easement" on the street side of our property. The plat recorded clearly states that it is a "Water & Sewer Easement" and is within our property lines. We have experienced overflow parking from the local YMCA ball fields which have result in damage to the sod we have installed. My quick check of case law on the subject of easements seems to indicate that an "Easement" is granted for a specified case and is not to lessen the dominate property owners rights to its use. Can I prevent people

Yes you can prevent people.....from doing anything.

Put up a sign that states "Authorized Parking ONLY! All others will be towed at owner's expense" then start towing. :D
