Question
We recently purchase a piece of property that the neighbors utilize a small portion of for their garden. I don't mind them using the portion but don't want to loose my legal rights to it. What are my options?

One idea might be to 'rent' it to them.

HomeGuru response: have them sign a letter with acknowledgement that you are the owner of that area and that you gave them the right to use the area and said right may be cancelled at any time.
