virginia, grandparents house is being auctioned off on may 12, 2002. they owe money to financial instution. i feel they have been the victims of predatory lending. they don't even realize that they could lose their house as soon as next sunday. they could not even tell us what the money was used for. my grandfather stated that he never even got the money, and that the loan officer stated he would pay off his bills. the loan was for approx $30,000. they don't even have $30,000 worth of bills. please help.
