MY AGENT DID NOT USE MLS ON MY HOME LISTING AND AFTER EIGHT WEEKS ONLY TO POTENTIAL BUYERS CAME BY, AND THEY WERE BROUGHT BY OTHER AGENTS. ONE OFFERED A PRICE $3,000 UNDER APPRASIAL AND WITH FEES WE WERE NOT WILLING TO PAY. WE WROTE A LETTER OF REFUSAL AND TOLD OUR AGENT WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CONTRACTS WITH FEES WE ARE NOT LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO PAY. HE COMES BACK WITH ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS CHECKED FOR US TO PAY, AND ASSURED US THESE FEES WOULD BE MINIMAL UNDER $100. WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. WE TRUSTED HIM TO WORK IN OUR BEST INTEREST AND IT SEEMS HE IS REALLY WORKING FOR THE BUYERS. WE ASKED TO BE RELEASED FROM THE CONTRACT AND HE TOLD US FOR $2,000 HE WOULD DO THAT. THIS MAN HAS LIED TO US OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND IT SEEMS WE HAVE NO RECOURSE, WE ARE HAVING A HOME BUILT WITH A CONTINGENCY UPON SALE OF OUR PRESENT HOME. CAN WE GET THIS EVIL MAN OUT OF OUR LIVES AND STILL BE WITHIN OUR RIGHTS TO DO SO?
