Warrantee

What is the name of your state? Maryland

I am a private seller not an agent.I stupidly gave the buyer of the property a one year warrantee on the house I sold him. I disclosed any problems that I knew of. He had a home inspector go tjrough the house and we corrected any thing that was found. Is ther any limit on my liability?
