Warranty Deed Description

I have a Warranty deed executed to me & recorded in 1990 as follows: (Example wording)
Commence at NE section corner run North 100 feet, thence run East 100 feet, thence run South 100 feet, thence run West 100 feet to point of beginning all being in da, da, da ,da!

In 1991 a quit claim deed was drawed up and presented to my original grantor's wife (divorce!),not me, to release her interest in above property. The quit claim deed reads as follows: (again example wording)

Commence at NE section corner run West 25 feet, thence run North 100 feet, thence run East 75 feet, thence run South 100 feet, thence run West 75 feet to point of beginning all being in da,da,da.

I understand that the same amount of acres are involved. But the quit claim deed wording was changed (rearranged) why I'm not sure encroaching (distance) onto land I had already had title to before above Warranty Deed.

My question: Which description describes exactly where <MY> deeded land lies in relation to the corner marker? The county map highlights the quit claim description? Precisely which deed description take's presidence? Thanks
