warranty of deed (in the land dispute)What is the name of your state? mississippi can you tell me what this means in english ? lol this is part of the deed we have what we're really wanting to know about is part 1 of the following. any help at all will help us . thanks the warranty of this conveyance is hereby made subject to the following: 1 ) rights of parties in pssession and any state of facts which an accurate survey and inspection of the premises would reveal, including but not limited to, the location of boundary lines, inprovement and encroachments, if any: and 2) all valid and outstanding easements, sevitudes , right of way. flowage rights ,restrictions. licenses, leases, resevations, conveants and all other rights in rthe third parties of record or acquired through prescription or adverse possession: and 3) all previous reservations, exceptionss and conveyances of the oil, gas, associated hydrocarbons,minerals and mineral substances and royaly and other minderal rights and interests, includiing the mineral reservation set forth on exhibit b 4) all taxes and assessments levied or assessed theron for the year 1993, which taxes the grantor herein agrees to pay when and as due: the above described property does not constuture the homestead or any part of the homestead of the undersigned grantors |
