warrenty dee/joint tenancy

Kansas - my ex-boyfriend and i own a home in johnson county kansas. recently i found out he had a "warranty deed' drawn up with his mother and himself as the joint tenants with full rights of survivorship without being notified. the property has been paid off, i have not signed any legal papers transferring my ownership. i am not listed on this latest paperwork. it was done on 060601 and then entered into the record at the county clerks office. what exactly has he done, and am i now no longer an owner of this property? how do i make sure i am still legally an owner?

If you were on title previous to the warranty deed, then you are still on title as a co-owner. Get a title report because the deed should have been a quit claim deed.
