warrenty deed

What is the name of your state? Florida, Dade County

I purchased a property some years ago. I am now attempting to refinance. The mortgage is privatly held. The seller has, for the second time stop communicating with my bank.
Is this legal?
Also, I never received a wareenty deed. Is this proper?

A: What do you mean by "privatly (sic) held"? Who holds it? Is there an actual mortgage?

A: What do you mean by the seller? Do you really own it?



Q: Also, I never received a wareenty deed. Is this proper?

A: Then you don't own the place.
