Water LawIdaho- Who is responsible for the repair of underground irrigation lines that may cause damage to city/state property? Furthermore, if the users are responsible, how is the cost appropriated? |

Water LawIdaho- The users are responsible for repair. But, how do you appropriate the expense to each owner? By land size? By equal amounts to each user? Are only those who have paid their dues eligible to pay for repair? Can all users be billed or is it only those in which receive the water after the point of repair? |

Absent any agreemnt it is subject to negotiation. |
