There is a half-way house for mental health patients across the street. The other day one of the clients wandered over to our house and refused to leave the enclosed porch. What recourse do we have to prevent future trespassing ?

Contact the operator/management of the half-way house and the police. THe patient was not supposed to cross the street but only go half-way.
