Is there a special form I need to increase the rent on My property? And is there a limit to how much the increase can be?

There is no special form and if your area is not under a rent control law, then you can increase the rent to any amount. To increase the rent on a m/m lease, you must follow the State Statutes by giving the required advance written notice of the increase.
