What is the process

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Sorry if this is a repost, I cannot find my original post!

I live in an older subdivision and we have had a wonderful board for many years. Of course good times dont last. Many people are upset with this board, and I wanted to know if anything can be done.

I appreciate any advice, thanks

Vote 'em out. Or do whatever the bylaws or CC&R's allow.
