I'm in Phoenix, AZ, Maricopa Country. I paid the property taxes after the lien holder started foreclosure. Now the attorney is trying to collect $2700 in fees and costs pursuant to A.R.S. 42-18206. I feel this is excessive. Any opinions on what constitutes reasonable attorney fees? I have court on Nov 30 and I'm trying to work out a deal prior to court. In case I have to go to court Id like to get an idea of what a judge might thing is "reasonable".
