I purchased my mobile home in 1998. I when to try and sell it (april 2001), it turns out that we did not purchase the same make that was on our buy/sell agreement, the apprasial of the home does not match the financing and the size of the home is not correct. the bank says it is the seller fault and the seller says it is the banks' fault. what can i do?

Hire an attorney.
