Washington: My daughter and her boyfriend purchased a house together. She is the primary borrower because of credit rating and boyfriend is secondary borrower. They are on the outs and I would like to know what her options are in regards to the rights to the home.

There's no such thing as primary with regard to home ownership. If the deed doesn't say otherwise, they each own half.

Further, one persons social security # etc,. may be the primary one on the account, everybody who signs is usually individually liable for the full mortgage.
