Who owns property close to the road?

I'm from Pennsylvania.

I heard a long time ago that the state of PA owns abotu 15 feet out from the center of the road... not sure if this is true or not.

Can someone do anything to you for parking your car on the side of a public street inside a housing plan, & having about a half of a tire width in their grass?

I thought that the state owned so far off of the road anyway.

Thanks in advance!

(This might be a traffic question... but I wasn't sure...)

ARe there parking restrictions?

Are you damaging their lawn?

No, only if you have 5/8th of a tire width on their grass can "someone" do something.
