Who is the property owner?

Does anyone know where I can go to find out who is the new owner and the owner before the
new owner of any home here in Miami Florida?

It's public record at the county where the property is located.

You could search the history of title at the county recorders office, search the real property tax payments at the real property tax office or if you know a real estte agent or someone that works at an escrow title company, you could ask them to do a title search/computer printout.
