All of a sudden we have mice and rats coming into our house. (Above ground house) There is no trash or garbage near the house or in it to attract them. We have tried sealing up every hole to the outside that we can find and have tried traps and bait...to no avail. They keep getting in and we can't figure out for what. Is the Landlord responsible for getting rid of the rodents or are we?

In most cases the landlord is responsible unless the cause of the rodents were due to the tenant. Contact the landlord and discuss the situation. You must also help by setting your own traps. Would you entertain the idea of having a cat if the landlord approves?
