What is the name of your state? Ohio

If boyfriend's name is on the house along with mine - and he has trouble with anything from overdrawn check bad credit with bank to an unpaid speeding ticket to who knows what else - is the house in jeopoardy, aka will his bad decisions and problems become MINE......?

thanks,
Bluebird

Yes and no. It depends on the severity of the problem. If he doesn't pay the mortgage, then yes. If there is a judgement placed on title, then yes. As far as getting a speeding ticket or missing a payment on a credit card, no.
