Wills

My son's father left everything to him in a will filed with a lawyer. In the state of Florida, does the dad's new wife have any owership rights to the home they live in? One piece of land has two homes built on it- one that they live in and one they rent. Will she be entitled to either piece of property?

There is only one piece of property and the wife is entitled to interest in the property.
