I have purchased a foreclosure in Gwinnett County, GA. I have documentation that the prior owners have received notification that I purchased the property. I filed a disposessory at the County Court to give me legal writ of possession in order to evict them. They have contested it and we now have a court date of Monday. I already have the deed to the property.

What, if any, grounds do they have to contest my possession?
