Me and my x-room mate/boyfriend have split. We are both on a 1 year lease that sill had 4 month left. I asked him to leave. We made appointments to talk 2 different times about mail, insurance, rent pymt, bills, stuff, etc.
He never showed either time. He has never told me to give his things to any one. I gave him the items that he asked for when he asked for them (cloths and computer).
He has now left the state for work until Nov. with out a word of what to do with his things, mail or his bills. He had not turned in a change of address with the post office or at work. What can I do regarding his things? I do not want his things here any longer and I don't know where he is or how to locate him. By law since his things are still in the house he still resides here. I would appreciate any suggestions.
