Zoning of land

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I am looking for some advice even though my gut feeling tells me there probably isnt much I can do.

I purchased a house in 2005which stated it was Horse property at the time I purchased the house. I still have the listing of the house stating bring your horse domestic well blah blah ect ect. I specifically told the real estate agent the only reason I was looking at the house was for that simple fact of being able to one day have a horse on my property.

2006/2007approximately later I was exploring the option of getting a horse when my neighbors informed me that I couldnt get a horse for the fact it had been re-zoned a year prior to my purchasing the house.

My real estate agent assured me that she checked into the zoning & it was still legal horse property.

SO long story short is there any angles to work with here or am I pretty much crap out of luck & chalk it up to a lesson learnt the hard way?

Any advice ?????

Since the FA crystal ball is turned off due to economic uncertainty, I recommend contacted your local zoning officials.
