10 year old parking tickets|Brooklyn, NY

What is the name of your state? New York

Is there a statute of limitation on NYC parking tickets? Also, I can't find any record of these tickets. Should I contact the NYC parking ticket department to find out? Is there a way that I can find out if these tickets are still outstanding without contacting them? I haven't received any collection information(judgements) nor can I find any on-line?
