Hello, I was parked in a 2hr Zone 3 in Washington, DC. I moved my car acouple blocks within the Zone 3 2hr limit which is pretty much most of the city. When you move your car does that reset your 2hr limit or does it count for all of the area? On the ticket it states where they saw your car and where they gave the ticket. Thus showing 2 different locations.
Any advice would be great.
