568$ parking ticket????? bad cop

What is the name of your state?
AZ tucson
I got a ticket for parking next to a handicap parking area( with a motorcycle), but it had striped lines and was a large area , he said it was fine to park on those lines if it were'nt on the side of the handicap parking. Is there anything i can do ??? 568$ for stinking ticket
