ARRESSTED for invalid FL DL


What is the name of your state? georgia
i was pulle over for what i was told "failure to maintain the lane
the officer asked for my DL and i explained to him that i only had an old expired Dl i had found in a wallet i had lost i was arrested for "invalid DL "the officer was told again that they were valid and he said he would call it in he then seached the car i was driving (not my auto) and found meth he came back to car where he had placed me in the back seat and started looking up my FL DL on his laptop my DL came back valid
my question(s) is can you be arressted in Ga for "invalid DL" and also did he have the legal right to search the car ?It wasnt my drugs or my car but i am being charged with a serious trafficing Myth over 400 grams when i saw the judge the next morning she dened my bond and stated that 1152 grams were found but i just saw that the drug lab now says it was 432grams how is this possible for them to be able tto any of this

advice....
one, dont drive unless you have a valid license. insurance companies require this too.
two, know what is in your car and the people that get into it. poor defense saying that its not yours. the judge along with anyone body else would look at this and say "sure buddy"
three, i hope you are hiring a lawyer because you wont get much help here with the serious charge you are facing.
four, good luck. you will need it.

I hope outonbail comes by. His advice is PRICELESS.

But, insurance companies don't always require valid licenses, but the law in all 50 states does.

insurance companies dont have to pay out if the car is driven by an unlicensed driver knowingly. this was explained to me by an agent.

btw...yes, outonbail was an option i forgot.....lol

Tell your agent that I'm licensed in more states that he is, and that insurance companies are required, by law, (through the assigned risk plan), if not their their own policies that they normally write, to insure people with suspended licenses.
