Assistance

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama

My husband was sentenced to 837 in the local city jail for a traffic probation violation. Is there anything that I or an attorney can do to have his probation reinstated. He has been in jail since July 17,2009

You should be consulting with an attorney... There are too many details to ask and be answered for this to be determined.
