What is the name of your state? NY
I recieved an "obstructing traffic at intersection" violation in manhattan, and for the place of occurence, all it said was the intersection of two streets (but not on which street I was traveling), Can this be considered a defective ticket?

What difference does it make what street you were on, it's the INTERSECTION you're blocking.

Even if it were completely wrong, it wouldn't invalidate the ticket.

What kind of a ticket was it? It could be a parking ticket issued by a traffic agent or a traffic ticket issued by a police officer. It depends on what type of ticket.
