Blocking the boxWhat is the name of your state? NY I recieved an "obstructing traffic at intersection" violation in manhattan, and for the place of occurence, all it said was the intersection of two streets (but not on which street I was traveling), Can this be considered a defective ticket? |

| What difference does it make what street you were on, it's the INTERSECTION you're blocking. Even if it were completely wrong, it wouldn't invalidate the ticket.

| What kind of a ticket was it? It could be a parking ticket issued by a traffic agent or a traffic ticket issued by a police officer. It depends on what type of ticket. |
