blocking driveway in pennsylvania

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa
I have an intermittent issue with a neighbor who partially blocks my driveway by about as little as 3-4 inches to about 3 feet, at one point he parked his pickup truck about 6 inches over for 10 days when he left for vacation. I've inquired with the police and have gotten two answers, the first one said there were no township laws to prevent someone from blocking your driveway and there was nothing that they could do about, then yesterday a different police officer said that there is a pa traffic code section that states that a car can be cited for blocking your driveway but he wasn't sure which section covered this. Can someone point me to the correct code/ section or other info that can help me out.

Prohibitions in specified places - 75 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 3353 - Pennsylvania Attorney Resources - Pennsylvania Laws

No person shall stand or park a vehicle in front of a public or private driveway. Section 3353 (a)(2)(i). Feel free to let the officer know exactly what law they are violating so they may be appropriately ticketed and/or towed, whichever the case may be. Be prepared for you neighbor to hate you. Forever. If you don't have any reason not to, you could certianly try knocking on the door and asking them to move. Of course, if they are away on vacation this won't do much good. Have you tried being neighborly about it?

Sounds like you want nothing to do with your neighbor, otherwise you would have discussed this with him/her already.
