To occultist, you are right.
I was too lazy to look for the specific law since the states haven’t gotten their act together on blue tints give more road light and are safer. The thing seems to be in ‘limbo’.
But…I apologize.

I ran across this today: Arizona Revised Statutes §28-931**Lamp colors - Arizona Arizona Revised Statutes §28-931**Lamp colors - Arizona Code :: Justia

Quote:
A. Front clearance lamps and those marker lamps and reflectors mounted on the front or on the side near the front of a vehicle shall display or reflect an amber color.

B. Rear clearance lamps and those marker lamps and reflectors mounted on the rear or on the sides near the rear of a vehicle shall display or reflect a red color.

C. All lighting devices and reflectors mounted on the rear of any vehicle shall display or reflect a red color, except that:

1. The stoplight or other signal device may be red, amber or yellow.

2. The light illuminating the license plate or the light emitted by a backup lamp shall be white.
And then this one too: Arizona Revised Statutes §28-947**Special restrictions on lamps - Arizona Arizona Revised Statutes §28-947**Special restrictions on lamps - Arizona Code :: Justia

Most of what you posted does not covers additional lighting to what a vehicle already has on it... Meaning, it doesn't specifically state that blue LED lights are legal...

All I can see in there relates to white lights if they are facing forward and red if they are facing back... There are a few metnions of amber in there but still... Amber is not blue.

So it really hasn't changed much of anything... It still leaves it as a matter of officer discretion, and a "tell it to the judge" issue...

This says that I cannot have anything other than amber on the sides of my vehicle...
