Broken mirror

What is the name of your state? NY

I got a ticket for having a broken outside mirror in my car while I was parked in the bronx. The mirror got broken and I repaired it the same day however, I still have the tix to pay. Is there any law that allows me to dismiss the ticket if the problem with the car was fixed with in certain time?

Also, I lost the ticket and I want a copy of it, for dismissal or to pay in case that I have to pay. How I can get this???
