A few month ago my wife got a seat belt ticket for riding as a passenger without seat belt fastened. She is unlicensed foreign resident, and got ticket before we were married so no SSN, DL, etc.
She just got citation notice and I would like to know if the violation (27315E) is a points violation? She does not yet have DL but would be getting it in the near future so I am unsure if we can just pay $89 fine or does she need to take traffic school for fear of point being given to future DL record.
