Camera ticket for passing school bus

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I received a camera ticket stating that a car registered in my name passed a school bus that was stopped. It didn't come directly from local law enforcement. I live in Georgia and the company that issued the ticket is in Arizona. I was not driving the car at the time. Is it worth disputing or should I just pay it? The fine is $300
