What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

My passenger side mirror housing fell off. I intend on replacing it myself, but it will take about a week for the replacement to arrive. Meanwhile, is it legal to drive w/o passenger side mirror in Maryland? I think it is based on what I read at http://law.justia.com/codes/maryland/2010/transportation/title-22/subtitle-4/22-403

Anyone know otherwise?

This varies from state to state. Maryland, however, appears to not require a passenger side outside mirror unless the view through the inside rear is blocked.
