Car stickers

What is the name of your state? Minnesota
I parked in the wrong parking section at my school, and they stuck on a sticker about 3x5inch on my driver side window. It was in the lower middle of the window about 2 inches from the bottom of the window. Now i know it is illegal in minnesota to drive with anything hanging from your rearview mirror, because it "obstrucks your view", so would that sticker be illegal on my window? It was very hard to get off, not a sticker ment for windows, took awhile to remove and ended up needed nail polish remover to help. So is it legal for my school to put that sticker on my driver side window since it gets in the way?

Yes.

The schools here in Michigan do the same thing, except the stickers are larger and bright orange. It makes it so kids don't want to park illegally again, because it is such a pain to get the blasted sticker off.

A single edge razor blade is the standard tool for removing any sort of window stickers. I don't know if they still sell them in drug stores or health and beauty aids departments, but Ace Hardware has them, probably in the paint dept, optionally with a handy folding or retractable holder. Easier than gumming up your fingernails.
