Curb Parking on CampusI got a ticket for $175 for "curb parking" on a private university campus in Texas. There is no sign anywhere in sight about parking here, the curb is not painted at all, and the cars parked along the side were not blocking traffic. Does the UPD have the legal right to issue a parking violation for breaking the school's rule, as opposed to a law? Cheers |

| Yes, of course they do, otherwise the violation would not have been issued. |
