Dmv

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama. Not sure where this question belongs. I went to the dmv to transfer my cdl from Kansas to Alabama.Well when I got up there after going through 2 people,the lady asked if I ever had a license here in al I said no but come to find out she asked if I ever had a license in any other states.Well by the time it registered I never said any different.I have had licenses in 3 other states but have never had any issues with any of them.I was given a paper copy and told the real one would arrive in 2 to 3 wks.Am I going to be in trouble for lying about the other states?

I can't imagine there is a problem as long as your license wasn't suspended in those states and you surrendered any still valid licenses when you got your Kansas CDL.
