Expired registration

Recently moved to Maine from Texas and had expired registration. Was given a notice to appear in court. I will plead guilty. This is a class E misdemeanor.

How does this affect future job applications/criminal history? Is this something I will have to mention in applications? Will this be part of a "criminal" history?

If anyone knows what the fine for this is as well, would be great.

On the summons the officer has checked off "criminal". Instead of either civil or traffic.
