Expired Tag carry points?

What is the name of your state? Texas

I got a ticket for expired tags. They are 120 days expired.

I got the tags renewed and paid the 20 percent fine to the state at the county tax assessor collectors office.

But if I plead guilty, will this be considered Points on my record? How can I keep it off of the record?
