What is the name of your state? N J

Is there a state law that allows for the storage of ONE unregistered pov per residential private property? POV is needing repair but not an eyesore or a blight, and will run (but poorly LOL). And if so would that override local Boro ordinance??? And how can I locate a copy of this law if true? Thanks - please reply asap as court is soon. I sincerely appreciate the assistance.

What is the statute number or ordinance number you are being charged under?

Better yet, give us a link to the law you are being charged with violating.
