Fix it Tickets?

Traffic tickets are new to me, I have a very good driving record, I received a window tint ticket for the tint being just below the limit and a missing front license plate ticket because the car was involved in a fender bender and the plate didn't survive, as in it was knocked off in the accident and after it was all said and done, the plate was never seen again after the tow and me getting out of the ER. So my question is, can I just remove the window tint and get the replacement plate and have the fines reduced or hopefully even dismissed if I plead not guilty? Thank you!
