FL - defective parking ticket?

Florida - Miami-Dade County.

Received a ticket, however some of the information is missing and/or incomplete.

I have an out of state (PA) D.A.R.E. license plate and my plate starts with "DA"..ex: DAxxxx however the citation only shows the numbers after it, with no "DA." Will my car even register in their system if they have an incomplete plate?

Both the "Decal Number" and "License Number" have the incomplete plate number.

VIN number is empty on the citation.

Worth petitioning for dismissal?

If my plate is coded in the Pennsylvania DMV database WITH the "DA", am I in the clear?
