What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA i'm curious, i broke my foot in two places and can barely walk. can i park in a handicap place, since i am indeed temporarily handicapped? or can i get my doc to give me a temporary placard? not sure how all that works. would i get in trouble since i really am having a hard time getting around?

and if you did not understand this completely:

do NOT park in a HC space until you have that placard. It doesn't matter if you need it or not. What allows you to park there is that placard so without it, you will get a justified ticket.
