Help with expunging erroneous entry on driving abstract record

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Dakota

March 13,2008 the N.D.D.O.T. mails out two orders of suspension one for having 14 points or more on my drivers license and one for failing to proof of liability. I responded to the first one described as I needed to request for an administrative hearing. The following week March 25th I called the state office in Bismarck to find out if they had received my request for the administrative hearing I had requested. Yes they did indeed receive my request for the hearing. My next question was on my license being suspended on 04-02-2008. The person I spoke to informed me that beings I requested the administrative hearing ALL suspensions are on hold until after my administrative hearing. The next day I receive a call from the hearing officer and I check with him about my upcoming suspension notice, he tells me ALL suspension notices are held until after the outcome of the administrative hearing.

On 04-02-2008 I called the N.D.D.O.T. Bismarck office at 3:41 in the afternoon to make sure my license was NOT suspended. The person I talked to told me at 12:01 my license was suspended, because I didn't have proof of liability. I gave her the information of my calls into the Bismarck office since the request for the hearing and she did note the fact of the administrative hearing request and having two different suspension notices may have caused the confusion on my questions. She said she would open my driving record and waive the $50.00 reinstatement fee, but if I do not get the proof of liability license before close of business that day I would have to pay a reinstatement fee. At 4:30 that afternoon I took possession of my proof of liability license. My driving abstract record was altered 4 different times that day. 1 for a suspension they said wouldn't happen 1 to remove notice for suspension 1 to remove $50.00 reinstatement fee and the purchase of my license. My problem is that I drove for work on a suspended license. I was terminated for this action. I have two more chances in front of company managers to convince them that this suspension is the mistake of the N.D.D.O.T., which they have admitted to making a mistake but it is my fault for not insisting on correcting them on their mistake.

I have documentation that I tried to get this proof of liability on February 12, 2008
February 25, 2008 and March 6, 2008. The N.D.D.O.T. failed to record the fact I was involved in an accident from the information submitted by the court system on February 7, 2008. I have a copy of this record.

BOTTOM LINE I NEED THIS EXPUNGED FROM MY DRIVING RECORD.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Hmmmm.... If this is that important, how about your actually going TO one of their offices and presenting your documents in person??

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I have...

pleaded my case to the NDDOT, but because it has been entered the ONLY way they say it can be removed is by the order of a judge.

Because of my first and last name when I called the office they assumed they have typed my number in wrong or I gave them the wrong number (My first name could be a surname and my last name could work as a females first name, it happened all the time in the army). So when I asked my question on the administrative hearing stopping my SUSPENSIONS they answered from what I asked not from "READING" my driving abstract. I have been to the local office 7 times and they have done it every time I have been in that office. I recorded my last visit and the person looking my record said darn it I do this every time I talk to you.... pull up the wrong record after two more tries I tell her she has it right but she has closed it out sooooo one more try. Anyway they waived the reinstatement fee because they knew they made a mistake, but cannot pull the record of the suspension.
