I got Parking ticket over street sweeping, please help!

HI,

About a week ago I recived a parking ticket. Apparently the reasoning was that I was blocking a street sweeper. But this happened in the morning (9a-10a), I didn't realize there was a morning street sweeper. Also none of the cars that were parked around me had parking tickets, and this particular place I was that day is one that I visit on a regular basis and I have parked in that same exact space before many times and this is the first time this has happened. Also I've never seen any Street Sweeper warning signs in that area. Should I take a picture of the street os something. Any help would be useful.
