Illegal parking ticket

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

A few days ago returning to my car there was a ticket on the windshield $290 for parking in handicap space without permit. IWAS NOT IN A HANDICAP space, took pictures of my car legally parked within the white lines, the space next to me was a handicap blue lines, and sign in front.

It was the 6th precint, Manhasset, one of their parking enforces, so now I have to go to Cooper St.Traffic Court to fight this**************...even other people in the lot were amazed how could I have been issued this bogus ticket. One of them even took phots of my car and downloaded them**************..

Were you in a legal parking space? Or was the area in which you parked cross hatched?

In further inquiry, was ANY portion of your vehicle (this may include a tire or even just your bumper) reaching into a handicap or cross-hatched space?
