I received a citation for "Unauthorized Vehicle with Red/Amber Lights" in violation of georgia code section 40-8-92. The officer entered the incorrect drivers license number, legal name, date of birth, height, weight, and eye color. And used the information of a completely different person. The only correct entries were my home address, and vehicle information including license plate number and make/model/year.

40-8-92 only specifically prohibits the use of constant blue lighting, and flashing or revolving red lighting. It does not specifically mention the constant red lighting I have.

Does the incorrect information do anything for the validity of this citation? Is there any other way I could get out of this ticket or if i have it, fight it in court?

What kind of constant red lighting are we talking? Round these parts, we call that "taillights", and every car in the country has them.
