Incorrect year for court date (TX)


I received a ticket for performing a rolling stop today at a stop sign in Texas. The officer put court date as 05/26/2006 no 2009. Is this grounds for dismissal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The answer to that question would be a flat-out, resounding NO. Its a typo!!!
